X-Clubs female rafting team achieved good results in the National Rafting Championship the previous weekend. In the final standings the girls took firstplace, which gives them the right to participate in the World Rafting Championships in Costa Rica later this year. In slalom, sprint and downriver they achieved firstplace, only in the dicsipline Head-to-Head they finished second.

The upcoming weekend female and male teams from all over Bulgaria will participate in a rafting competition at
Struma River organized by The Bulgarian Federation of Canoe-Kayak, The Bulgarian Kayak Society and X-Club.
The competition will not interfere with our regular runs on Struma. Sign up now for your rafting experience during

Today Bulgaria is celebrating St George's Day one of the most celebrated name days in Bulgaria and also a public holiday. It is tradition for the Bulgarians to eat lamb on this day as St George is the patron saint of shepherds.

We participate in the first of its kind in Bulgaria - "National Sports Panorama 2011". This is the largest sporting exhibition ever organized in Bulgaria. It will involve 67 national sportsorganisations representing over 80 different sports. The exhibition takes place in Sofia in front of The National Palace of Culture between 28th to 30th April.

For the second consecutive year the Russian rafting national team is visiting us for a joint training camp. The team is here to prepare for the upcoming World Championship in October 2011 in Costa Rica. The team is arriving today and will stay for about 3 weeks.
